About us

Founded in March 1983, by Jim Ostovani, PE., the company’s primary function was initially construction, engineering, troubleshooting, and field services. In March 1991 the company expanded to better service its clients, including performing design-build services and became a California corporation named Ostovani & Associates, Inc.

A full-service company, Ostovani & Associates, Inc. has been providing complete engineering, construction and project management services in the areas of civil, piping, electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation, all under one roof.

In June of 2000 our company was certified as a participant in the U.S. Small Business Administration (8A) program and in June of 2004 the company was certified as DBE by California Unified Certification Program (CUCP).
